Ziele In today’s workplace, students and professionals are required to work in teams to develop new strategies and to design creative solutions. Apart from the professional qualifications, people need a strong ability to communicate and cooperate in order to be a productive member of the team. In this workshop, you will learn how teams work and how you can actively contribute to the success of your team.

In this workshop, you will become familiar with the most important factors for successful teamwork. In addition, you will learn methods for the creative development of ideas and constructive conflict resolution within the team. This practice-oriented training will help you to make a significant contribution to the success of your team.

• From a group to a productive team: phases, tasks and measures of team development
• Recognize and shape your own role and position in the team
• Moderation and leadership in teams
• Goal-setting within the team and strategy development
• Communication and cooperation within the team: active listening / questioning techniques
• Methods for the development of creative ideas
• Constructive conflict resolution within the team
• The design of feedback rules
